The Douglas project is a seven-story office tower and a Guaranty branch bank constructed on top of a three-story parking garage. The seven-story office tower consists of structural concrete and architectural precast panels. Located one block off of the Dallas North Tollway, Rogers-O’Brien will coordinate the complex staging of materials on a site that has limited working space and heavy traffic.
