Rogers-O’Brien was contracted by the Billingsley Company to construct office buildings at the International Business Park located near the southwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Park Boulevard in Plano. Billingsley Company was one of the first developers to provide new speculative office space in the Tollway corridor and has owned the land in this area since the 1980s.
