Choate Construction Company’s new home in Charlotte is the first privately owned Commercial Interiors LEED Certified project in Mecklenburg County and emphasizes Choate’s allegiance to sustainable building. Not only do we “walk the walk” but we “talk the talk.” This Gold Certified office utilizes low-flow plumbing fixtures, Energy Star equipment and appliances, materials made with high amounts of recycled content and manufactured within the region, and materials that emit small if any amounts of chemicals.
