The Comcast call center and regional office in Snohomish County, Washington is a two-story, 90,000 square foot facility. GDA strived to create an airy, animated, and open environment for the 800 employees by exposing seismic bracing, opening ceilings to the building structure and duct work above, and displaying the extensive telecommunication infrastructure. Further highlighting the spaces are energy efficient indirect lighting systems. The technical aspects of the building are accented by a bright color palette. Services provided included project programming, space planning, architectural and interior design, and furniture and finishes selection. GDA is proud to be part of Comcast’s ongoing nationwide building program.
