GDA was the Architect of Record for the award-winning Centex Building, Jones Day Building, and Phase IV of the International Center located in Dallas, Texas.  The Centex Building is a ten-story office tower consisting of over 211,000 square feet built over a three-level,  225,000 square foot parking garage.  The Centex Building was named the Highest Energy Star Rated Building in North America by The EPA and The DOE in 1999, winning 99 out of a possible 100 points.  It also received the AGCA Dallas Chapter Summit Award in 1997and Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Award in 1996.  The Jones Day building is a ten-story, 190,610 square foot office building with a three-level, 190,415 square foot parking garage.  The Jones Day Building was also awarded the AGCA Dallas Chapter Summit Award in 1999.  Phase IV of the International Center is an eleven-story, 240,444 square foot office building with a nine-level, 249,055 square foot parking garage.  It was awarded the Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Award in 2000.
