The Customer Service Center for Southwestern Bell in Des Peres, Missouri is a three-story, 142,000 square foot regional office over a 50,000 square foot parking garage.  GDA was selected to design the building shell and interiors for a building program that required a flexible open office layout for 700 employees.  The interior program included a large main atrium space with a grand semicircular terrazzo stair, conference/training facilities, a breakroom with an exterior plaza, an executive suite and large open office areas with a modular furniture layout.  GDA also selected all of the interior material finishes, including carpets, wallcovering and terrazzo flooring.
