The Pyramids at Park Lane are located on North Central Expressway, across the street from the prestigious NorthPark Mall shopping center.  Phase One includes two six-story office buildings at 150,000 square feet each and a shared six tier structured parking garage.  The layout of the two office buildings flanking the shared garage gives maximum presence both to the project as a whole, as well as to each individual building.  Each building features a direct, covered connection to the parking garage in a park like landscape setting.  Crowned by internally illuminated pyramids, this project is highly visible and is becoming a landmark project in this part of North Dallas.
