Methodist Healthcare System selected Rogers-O’Brien to construct a four-story shell medical office building and three-level parking garage with connector walkway bridge. Because the existing garage was tied into the hospital’s day surgery location, we coordinated extensively with the hospital and staff to avoid disruption. The medical office building is cast-in-place concrete with a brick veneer and stone siding. Lobby finishes include wood and ceramic tile.
