This project involves the addition of a 132,000 s.f. Women’s Facility expansion to the existing Seton Medical Center, as well as a 40,000 s.f. renovation. The project is complex and challenging due to the restrictions created by a tight, heavily sloped site situated between two fully operational facilities – a full service hospital with 24 hour emergency room and helipad, and a medical office building.
