The facility is 245,000 sq. ft. for the basic building with adjourning chemical dock, scrubber yard, electrical substation and 900-foot utility pipe rack. The primary use for the DMOS 5 Wafer Fabrication Plant is for the research and development of the next generation computer memory chips. The building is a structural concrete frame with an exterior facade of brick and glass curtain wall. Interior finishes are minimal because of the industrial type use of the building.
