The mixed use retail and residential project is part of a 33 acre development consisting of a 100,000 square foot Whole Foods grocery store, an LA Fitness club, Hotel Valencia, and much more. The Heights at Park Lane consist of 44,600 square feet of street level retail space together with a three building multi-family residential facility consisting of 325 living units and a multi-level parking garage all constructed over and above the street level retail. The 15-story residential tower consists of 218 units and totals 330,550 square feet; the 20-story residential tower consists of 62 units and totals 209,509 square feet; the four-story residential lofts consist of 45 units and 50,586 square feet. The 4 level parking garage services all three residential buildings and offer 474 parking spaces. Amenities include a first class pool deck and lounge for each tower, valet parking, and 24-hour concierge service.
