Biltmore Village is a pedestrian friendly district at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Asheville, North Carolina, located adjacent to the world-famous Biltmore Estate tourist attraction. This mixed-use development features world-class shopping, offices and a parking garage. The building structure is structural steel with concrete composite slabs with light gauge metal and stud walls. Pebbledash stucco, mansard roofing, and extensive tudor style exterior trim make up the building envelope. Special features include a continuous front elevation brick paver balcony accented by ornamental exterior railings and architectural louvers.
