Four Seasons Hotel and Residences

Lewis recently completed this five-star, 21-story hotel and condominium.  The 147-room hotel includes luxuries such as fireplaces in some guestrooms, and a fitness center and spa with an outdoor pool and hot tub.  The 36 top-end condominiums on the upper floors benefit from all of the hotel’s services and public facilities.

ART Restaurant and Lounge is a signature restaurant that also serves banquets and room service.  Floor-to-ceiling windows highlight Elliott Bay while an intricate sculpture is made from native woods.  Also featured are a 12 foot wine wall, a 25-chair counter for interactive dining, and a private dining room for 20.
