The KeyBank projects consist of five (5) stand alone buildings, each 2,760 s.f., and totaling over $4 million.
Every facility is scheduled to be constructed in 4 1/2 months. High-end finishes throughout each bank include four (4) teller stations, restrooms, an employee lounge, a conference room, three (3) financial work stations, and three (3) drive up teller/ATM stalls. Saunders has constructed 50% of the new KeyBank branch projects in Colorado for 2003 and is scheduled to start two (2) additional locations by the end of the year.
In addition to the stand alone projects, Saunders has completed several bank T.I. projects located within existing King Soopers grocery stores.
