Since the Shops at Legacy were operational when Rogers-O’Brien began work, the team worked diligently with the development owner and retail store owners to implement a construction approach that did not disturb their business or the flow of traffic around the development. Rogers-O’Brien continued construction on-site with The Shops at Legacy North, which included retail, office, and restaurants with a parking structure. Though the buildings are all joined together located along Legacy between Bishop Road and Parkway Boulevard, they are, in fact, distinct structures with different addresses. The Angelika Theatre interior finish out incorporated high-end materials that resulted in a sophisticated, luxurious venue.
