The West 7th mixed use project comprises five city blocks of mixed use redevelopment. The project is located in the Fort Worth Museum District at the SE corner of West 7th and University. The current overall concept consists of approximately 255,000 s.f. of office space, 330,000 s.f. of retail, 120,000 s.f. of hotel/condo, 337,000 s.f. of residential (by others), and 800,000 s.f. of parking. The project will include demolition of all existing facilities and new City infrastructure and streets. The façade will include many different finishes from brick, stucco, burnished block, cast stone, precast, glass and natural stone including many intricate trellis and canopy details.
